According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991, perfumery and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food items of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the product in the presence of the courier or delivery service representative. If you are not satisfied with the appearance or the product does not match the order parameters, return it to the courier or through the delivery service without opening the package, and we will replace it. Claims regarding the appearance of the product are accepted only at the time of delivery.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," the consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for similar ones from the seller if the item does not satisfy them in terms of shape, size, style, color, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.

Items that cannot be returned:

As with any rule, there are exceptions in the complex matter of product returns. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection,'" a list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange has been established. In addition to food products, medicines, and hygiene products, this list includes:

  • Perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • Toothbrushes;
  • Combs and massage brushes;
  • Aerosol-packaged goods;
  • Manicure and pedicure tools.

In this regard, we kindly ask you to responsibly place your order, being certain of the product's name, having clear information about the manufacturer, and verifying the selected cosmetics and their volume to avoid incorrect orders. In case of an error on the seller’s side, the product will be replaced with the correct one, or a refund will be issued within 10 days from the moment we receive a request from the buyer.

In all other cases, purchased goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

However, we will refund your money for the product if:

  • The product has not been used and shows no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
  • The product is fully equipped, and the factory packaging is preserved;
  • All labels and factory markings are intact;
  • The product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.

What are the main rules for exchanging and returning goods?

We always strive to meet the needs of our customers. In our company, exchanging or returning goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Factory seals and protective films on the product are intact;
  • The product and its components have a marketable appearance: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, or scuffs, and for items in disposable (blister) packaging, the packaging must not be opened;
  • The product shows no signs of use;
  • The original, intact packaging of the product and its components is available;
  • The full set of accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer is intact, including accessories, consumables, accompanying documents, warranty cards, software, and others.

How to return an undamaged product?

You send the product by the delivery method convenient for you (we will provide the address by email). Shipping costs are paid by the sender.
The package should include an invoice or receipt and a printed refund request (the refund request form will be provided by email).
Provide your card number for the refund.
The refund will be processed within 10 days to the card or account.

What to do if you found a product defect?

Describe the issue in detail. Attach photos or videos clearly showing the problem. Be sure to include a photo of the receipt or invoice.
We will review your request within 1-3 days and provide a response.

How to get a refund for an irrelevant order?

In the email, provide the order number, your full name, order amount, and be sure to attach the receipt or payment confirmation. (A screenshot of a payment app will not suffice. A receipt or invoice is required.)
Provide your card number for the refund.

What requests will we not consider?

  • The color is not suitable (color may differ due to the display on your device).
  • The scent is not suitable.
  • The product does not suit my skin.
